phll Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phll website located at phll.cam and all associated services, products, software, mobile-responsive features, and content operated by phll (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phll service — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or making financial transactions — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phll reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at this URL. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain a phll account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. phll strictly enforces this requirement and may request a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a UMID card, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys National ID — to verify your age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the phll Platform is legal at the time you access and use the services.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register, court-mandated exclusion list, or any other applicable gaming exclusion list.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of phll or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game suppliers.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phll account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change. phll is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate information.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, phll may require you to submit supporting documents including:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (UMID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account registered in your name);
• Any additional documentation required by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by phll may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. phll handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the phll Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phll accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity;
• The payment method used is registered in your own name and you are the authorized account holder;
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

phll reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects is made in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

phll processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the phll account;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours of approval, subject to payment network availability;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within four (4) hours subject to network confirmation times.

phll reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) KYC documents remain incomplete; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to further review under AML procedures.

Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account wallet.

phll may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all phll bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits as detailed in the specific promotion terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, or per IP address;
• phll reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to certain game types unless expressly permitted;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a bonus offer — including but not limited to using arbitrage strategies, placing offsetting bets, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

phll reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount from a player's balance if it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

All games offered on the phll Platform are provided by certified third-party gaming software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, which has been independently tested for randomness and fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for slot games are available within the individual game information panels. phll does not manipulate game outcomes and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's technical standards for game integrity.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software fault during gameplay, phll reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player's account. phll shall have no further liability in respect of a voided game round. The decision of phll on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phll Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential reporting to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip-dumping;
• Money Laundering: Using the phll Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false identification; or engaging in any form of financial deception;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any artificial intelligence to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional miscalculations;
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive language toward phll support staff or other players.

phll may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Request by PAGCOR or any relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC completion. Funds associated with accounts closed for breach or fraud may be permanently forfeited.

phll is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with all PAGCOR responsible gaming directives. phll provides the following responsible gaming tools, which players may activate at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or log-out prompts after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the total time elapsed during a gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from phll for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period.

All content on the phll Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall design of the Platform — is the property of phll or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any phll content without prior written consent from phll.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phll, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

phll does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phll shall not be liable for any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury caused by negligence.

phll collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phll Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phll implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phll cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The phll Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phll Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through phll's internal dispute resolution process. Players may initiate a dispute by contacting phll support via Live Chat or by writing to [email protected] (not a clickable link — for display only).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to litigation.

phll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phll will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable regulation, phll may also provide in-platform notification of significant changes.

Your continued use of the phll Platform after the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account.
